House & Clubs
The
students of DPS are divided into three houses Kalaam, Eklavya and Vivekanand.
The three houses are named after great scientist/ mathematician, boy heroes
warriors and great personalities/ social reformers who have proved their mettle
and set an example for the rest of us to follow.
Various sport and cultural activities are held house wise. Every child is allocated to a house at the time of joining school and stays in the same house till she/ he passes out.

The
houses have their respective house captains from SS and vice-captains – one
from MS and one from JS. Each house has a House teacher. Together they share
the responsibility of the house and the various inter-house competitions and
activities. Each house takes an oath in the beginning of every academic year
(last working day of April month).
To develop different skills like literary & creative skills, life skills, scientific skills, organisational skill, leadership skills etc., due emphasis is on different activities through active participation in various social, athletic and artistic clubs. Students are allowed to choose Science club, Literary club, Eco club etc.
